Sometimes it’s simply not practical or economical to build from scratch, and a large amount of our work revolves around extending and altering existing buildings.
We provide full site-management, including management of existing contractors, and will reuse existing building materials wherever possible to reduce costs.
We can also put you in touch with qualified architects and engineers if you need recommendations.
If on-site construction is problematic, Trac-M Constructions can build extensions off-site at our workshop, and then transport and integrate them into your existing building.
We understand that plans can change once you see how an alteration or material looks, and if additional costs will be incurred we’ll always let you know up front. That way you can make an informed decision and won’t get any unexpected surprises in your final bill.
