Trac-M Constructions is a family-based building and construction firm
operating in Launceston and Northern Tasmania since 2004.
We have a core set of highly experienced and skilled staff, as well as excellent relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
Trac-M Constructions has a proven record of managing projects as head building contractors, and specific experience in building multi-purpose projects for community use.
We use a range of materials and techniques to create buildings that are beautiful and functional.
Our Staff
We currently employ around 25 experienced and skilled staff, and utilise many local sub trades. All of our staff are either qualified builders or apprentices in training, our builders have working knowledge of many building-related trades, materials and techniques as well as extensive experience in detailed technical work.
Qualifications
Trac-M Constructions is prequalified as an approved contractor for works up to a limit of $10 million. We are also members of the Master Builders Association of Tasmania and are Quality Assured for Australian Government Tender applications.

We have been delivering quality construction in Launceston since 2004 — more than 20 years of local projects, local staff and long-term client relationships. Repeat business makes up a significant part of our workload, which we take as the clearest measure of how we perform.
Every project runs to a guaranteed maximum price. Variations are raised only if you choose to change the scope after work starts — not because something was missed in our quoting process. Extensions of time are requested only when poor weather makes construction physically impossible. That approach has built us strong, ongoing relationships with developers, architects and private clients across the region.
Our staff are all either qualified builders or apprentices in training. We utilise many local subcontractors and suppliers, keeping spend and expertise within the Launceston and Northern Tasmania community.
Guaranteed Maximum Price
Rosier Constructions Pty Ltd quotes a guaranteed maximum price with no variations (unless the client chooses to change the scope of the project after it has started). We have long-term relationships with developers and many of our clients, with repeat business making up a significant part of our work.
